Upland Borough, Pennsylvania is a borough of the Delaware County, Pennsylvania, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 2977 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 2864, making it Pennsylvania's 464th largest. The borough comprises an area of 0.67 square miles (1.74 kmē), it is the 454th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania.
