University Park City is a city located in Dallas County, Texas, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. It is home to over 23324 people (2000 census). As of July 2008, the estimated population was 24853, It is the 106th most populous in the U.S. state of Texas. Its area is just over 3.73 sq mi (9.66 kmē), of which, 3.72 square miles (9.63 kmē) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 kmē) of it is water, it is the 536th largest in terms of geographical size.
