University Heights City is a city in the Cuyahoga County, Ohio, United States. The city has a population of 14146 as per the 2000 census data. Its population was estimated at 12519 in July 2008, It is the 121st largest by population in the U.S. state of Ohio. It is spread over 1.83 sq mi (4.74 square kilometre), it is the 442nd largest in terms of geographical size.
