Union Town is a town located in Newton and Neshoba counties, Mississippi, in the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. In 2000, town's population was 2021 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 2093, making it Mississippi's 125th largest. The town has a total area of 3.43 square miles (8.88 sq km), it is the 140th largest by area in the U.S. state of Mississippi.
