Union City Town is a town located in Canadian County, Oklahoma, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 1375. The town's estimated population as of July 2008 was 1453, making it Oklahoma's 179th largest. It is spread over 59.2 sq mi (153.33 sq km), of which, 59.03 square miles (152.89 sq km ) of it is land and 0.17 square miles (0.44 sq km) of it is water, makes it the ninth largest by total area in Oklahoma.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1375 people in the town, organized into 483 households, and 377 families residing in the town. The population density was 23.3 people per square mile (9/kmē), it is 37th least densely populated town in Oklahoma. There were 520 housing units at an average density of 8.8 per square mile (3.4/kmē). The average household size was 2.68 and the average family size was 3.05. In the town the population was spread out, with 30.8% under the age of 18, 8.5% from 18 to 24, 26.9% from 25 to 44, 24.9% from 45 to 64, and 8.9% who were 65 or older. For every 100 males there were 84.3 females. For every 100 males age 18 and over, there were 95.5 females. The median age is 35.3 years, the median age of male residents at 32.2 and the median age of female residents at 38. The racial or ethnic makeup of the town was 1258 White, 24 Black or African American, 41 American Indian, 1 Asian, 2 Native Hawaiian, 40 from two or more races and 9 Ohter races.
