Unicoi Town is a town located in Unicoi County, Tennessee, in the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. The population of the town was 3519 as per the 2000 census data. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the town is 3604, It is the 123rd largest by population in the U.S. state of Tennessee. The town spans an area of 16.26 mi˛ (42.11 sq km), giving it the 40th largest by total area among Tennessee.

As of the census of 2000, there were 3519 people in the town, organized into 5369 households, and 3232 families residing in the town. The population density was 216.4 people per square mile (83.55/km˛), it is the 49th least densely populated town in the U.S. state of Tennessee.
