Uintah Town is a town located in the Weber County, Utah, United States. As of 2000 the population was 1127. The July 2008 population estimate is 1258, It is the 149th largest by population in the U.S. state of Utah. The town extends throughout a territory of 1.01 mi˛ (2.62 sq km ), making it Utah's 47th smallest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1127 residents, 365 households, and 291 families in the town. The population density was 1120.4 people per square mile (432.59/km˛), it is the 74th most populated town in terms of population density. There were 374 housing units at an average density of 370.3 per square mile (142.97/km˛). The average household size was 3.09 and the average family size was 3.51. In the town the population was distributed as follows: 32.1% under the age of 18, 9.9% from 18 to 24, 27.3% from 25 to 44, 21.7% from 45 to 64, and 9% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 99.1 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 105.1 males.
