It is Alaska's 193rd largest by population . The census designated place extends throughout a territory of 68.8 sq mi (178.19 sq km ), of which, 67.61 square miles (175.11 sq km) of it is land and 1.19 square miles (3.08 sq km) of it is water, making it Alaska's 96th largest by total area.
