Tuttle City is a city in the Grady County, Oklahoma, United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Tuttle City is home to 4294 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 6036, making it the 78th most populous in Oklahoma. It is spread over 29.16 sq mi (75.52 kmē), making it the 27th largest by size in Oklahoma.
