Tuskegee City is a United States city located in the Macon County, Alabama, United States. In 2000, the population was 11846. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 11357, making it the 51st most populous in Alabama. The city encompasses an area of 15.71 miē (40.69 kmē ), of which, 15.47 square miles (40.07 kmē) of it is land and 0.24 square miles (0.62 kmē) of it is water, it is the 69th largest in terms of geographical size.

As of the census of 2000, there were 11846 people, 4169 households, and 2326 families living in the city. The population density was 765.7 people per square mile (295.64/kmē), making it the 74th most densely populated city in Alabama.
