Turley Cdp is a United States census designated place located in the Tulsa County, Oklahoma, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 3231 inhabitants. It is the 99th most populous in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. It is spread over 3.7 sq mi (9.58 kmē), it is the 221st largest in terms of geographical size.
