Tunica Town is one of the town of Tunica County, Mississippi, located towards the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 1132. Its population was estimated at 1070 in July 2008, making it the 169th most populous in Mississippi. The town comprises an area of 0.71 mi˛ (1.84 sq km), it is the 38th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Mississippi.
