Tucson City is a one of the Pima County, Arizona, located in Western Region (Mountain) of United States. It is home to over 486699 people (2000 census). As of July 2008, the estimated population was 541811, making it the second most populous in Arizona. The city comprises an area of 195.09 square miles (505.28 sq km), of which, 194.67 square miles (504.19 sq km) of it is land and 0.42 square miles (1.09 sq km) of it is water, it is the second largest by area in the U.S. state of Arizona. It is ranks fifth in the size of its inland waterways in Arizona.
