Tuckerton Borough is a borough in the Ocean County, New Jersey, United States. Tuckerton Borough had an official population of 3517 in 2000. Its population was estimated at 3876 in July 2008, It is the 160th smallest by population in the U.S. state of New Jersey. It has total area of 3.78 sq mi (9.79 sq km), of which, 3.66 square miles (9.48 sq km) of it is land and 0.12 square miles (0.31 sq km) of it is water, it is the 151st largest by area in the U.S. state of New Jersey.
