Its population was estimated at 288 in July 2008, It is the 229th least populous in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. The town extends throughout a territory of 19.09 square miles (49.44 kmē ), of which, 19.04 square miles (49.31 kmē) of it is land and 0.05 square miles (0.13 kmē) of it is water, making it Oklahoma's 52nd largest by total area.
