Triangle Cdp is a United States census designated place located in the Prince William County, Virginia, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 5500 inhabitants. It is the 126th largest by population in the U.S. state of Virginia. The census designated place encompasses an area of 2.63 square miles (6.81 sq km), it is the 204th largest by area in the U.S. state of Virginia.
