Trenton City is a city in the Gibson County, Tennessee, United States. As of 2000 the population was 4683. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 4518, It is the 102nd largest in terms of population. The city encompasses an area of 5.57 sq mi (14.43 square kilometre ), of which, 5.53 square miles (14.32 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.05 square miles (0.13 square kilometre) of it is water, making it Tennessee's 157th largest by total area.
