Trempealeau Village, Trempealeau County, Wisconsin is a city located in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. In 2000, the population was 1319. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 1518, It is 315th most populous in Wisconsin. It is spread over 1.28 miē (3.32 kmē), of which, 1.2 square miles (3.11 kmē ) of it is land and 0.08 square miles (0.21 kmē) of it is water, it is the 206th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Wisconsin.

The median age was 37.9 years, the median age of male residents at 36.5 and the median age of female residents at 39.2. The racial makeup of the city was 1296 White, 3 Black or African American, 9 American Indian, 1 Asian, 1 Native Hawaiian, 6 from two or more races and 3 Ohter races.
