Trempealeau County is a one of the county from Wisconsin's 72 counties, located in Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. It is home to over 27010 people (2000 census). As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 27790, It is 44th most populous county in Wisconsin. The county has a total area of 741.98 square miles (1921.72 square kilometre), of which, 734.08 square miles (1901.26 square kilometre) of it is land and 7.9 square miles (20.46 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 47th largest by area in the U.S. state of Wisconsin.
