Tremont Town is a town located in Itawamba County, Mississippi, in the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. As per the 2000 census, town has a population of 390 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the town is 393, It is the 61st smallest by population in the U.S. state of Mississippi. It has total area of 4.96 miē (12.85 kmē), of which, 4.95 square miles (12.82 kmē) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 kmē) of it is water, making it Mississippi's 112th largest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 390 people in the town, organized into 153 households, and 112 families living in the town. The population density was 78.9 people per square mile (30.46/kmē), making its Mississippi's 12th least densely populated town.
