Towanda Borough is one of the borough of Bradford County, Pennsylvania, located towards the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. It is home to over 3024 people (2000 census). Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 2826, It is the 455th most populous in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. It has total area of 1.13 miē (2.93 kmē), it is the 666th largest by area in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania.
