Tortolita Cdp is a census designated place located in the Pima County, Arizona, United States. As per the 2000 census, census designated place has a population of 3740 inhabitants. It is the 91st largest in terms of population. It covers total area of 11.91 sq mi (30.85 square kilometre), of which, 11.88 square miles (30.77 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 120th largest by area in the U.S. state of Arizona.
