Toksook Bay City, Alaska is a city of the Bethel Census Area, Alaska, United States. In 2000, the population was 532. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 534, making it Alaska's 107th largest. It is spread over 74.02 square miles (191.71 sq km), of which, 33.08 square miles (85.68 sq km ) of it is land and 40.94 square miles (106.03 sq km) of it is water, it is the 86th largest by area in the U.S. state of Alaska. It is ranks 14 in the size of its inland waterways in Alaska.

As of the census of 2000, there were 532 people in the city, organized into 106 households, and 94 families living in the city. The population density was 16.1 people per square mile (6.22/kmē), it is the 173rd most populated city in terms of population density. There were 110 housing units at an average density of 3.3 per square mile (1.27/kmē). The average household size was 5.02 persons, and the average family size was 5.45 persons. In the city Age distribution was 44% under the age of 18, 9.8% from 18 to 24, 27.4% from 25 to 44, 14.1% from 45 to 64, and 4.7% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 118 males. The racial makeup of the city was 13 White, Black or African American, 502 American Indian, Asian, Native Hawaiian, 17 from two or more races and Ohter races.
