Titusville City is a one of the Crawford County, Pennsylvania, located in Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. In 2000, the population was 6146. In July 2008, its estimated population was 5774, It is the 227th largest in terms of population. The city has a total area of 2.91 square miles (7.54 kmē), it is the 226th largest by area in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania.
