Tiptonville Town, Lake County, Tennessee is a town located in the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. In 2000, town's population was 2439 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 4008, It is the 158th most populous in the U.S. state of Tennessee. It covers total area of 1.43 square miles (3.7 square kilometre), making it the 76th smallest by size in Tennessee.
