Tinicum Township Cdp, Pennsylvania is a town of the Delaware County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is home to over 4353 people (2000 census). It is the 331st largest in terms of population. The town encompasses an area of 8.71 square miles (22.56 square kilometre ), of which, 5.74 square miles (14.87 square kilometre) of it is land and 2.97 square miles (7.69 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 56th largest in terms of geographical size. It is ranks fourth in the size of its inland waterways in Pennsylvania.
