Timber Lakes Cdp is a census designated place located in the Wasatch County, Utah, United States. The population of the census designated place was 289 as per the 2000 census data. It is the 49th smallest by population in the U.S. state of Utah. It is spread over 2.79 sq mi (7.23 square kilometre), of which, 2.7 square miles (6.99 square kilometre ) of it is land and 0.1 square miles (0.26 square kilometre) of it is water, makes it the 186th largest by total area in Utah.

As of the census of 2000, there were 289 people, 108 households, and 82 families living in the census designated place. The population density was 107.2 people per square mile (41.39/kmē), it is Utah's 65th least densely populated census designated place. There were 485 housing units at an average density of 179.6 per square mile (69.34/kmē). The average household size was 2.68 and the average family size was 3.06.
