Tilton Village is one of the city of Vermilion County, Illinois, located towards the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. Tilton Village had an official population of 2976 in 2000. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 2779, It is Illinois's 416th largest by population . Its area is just over 3.13 square miles (8.11 square kilometre), of which, 3.1 square miles (8.03 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.03 square miles (0.08 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 330th largest by area in the U.S. state of Illinois.
