Tillar City is a city located in the Drew and Desha counties, Arkansas, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 240 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 222, making it the 119th least populous in Arkansas. The city comprises an area of 0.74 square miles (1.92 kmē), giving it the 125th smallest by total area among Arkansas.
