Three Springs Borough is a United States borough located in the Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population of borough in 2000 stood at 445 as per the Census data. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 424, giving it the 268th smallest population among Pennsylvania. The borough extends throughout a territory of 1.24 miē (3.21 kmē ), making it Pennsylvania's 620th largest by total area.
