Thorsby Town, Alabama is a town of the Chilton County, Alabama, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 1820 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 2069, It is the 206th largest in terms of population. Its area is just over 5.15 mi˛ (13.34 sq km), of which, 5.12 square miles (13.26 sq km) of it is land and 0.03 square miles (0.08 sq km) of it is water, it is the 244th largest by area in the U.S. state of Alabama.
