It is Florida's 372nd largest by population . The census designated place has a total area of 17.97 square miles (46.54 sq km), of which, 16.67 square miles (43.18 sq km) of it is land and 1.3 square miles (3.37 sq km) of it is water, giving it the 99th largest by total area among Florida.
