Thompson Borough is a borough located in Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. It is home to over 299 people (2000 census). Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 275, giving it the 176th smallest population among Pennsylvania. It has total area of 0.44 sq mi (1.14 square kilometre), making it the 266th smallest by size in Pennsylvania.
