Thomasville City is a one of the Thomas County, Georgia, located in Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Thomasville City is home to 18162 inhabitants. Its population was estimated at 19286 in July 2008, giving it the 41st largest population among Georgia. It has total area of 14.93 mi˛ (38.67 sq km), of which, 14.87 square miles (38.51 sq km) of it is land and 0.06 square miles (0.16 sq km) of it is water, it is the 44th largest by area in the U.S. state of Georgia.
