Tetlin Cdp is a census designated place in the Southeast Fairbanks Census Area, Alaska, United States. In 2000, the population was 117. It is 114th least populous in Alaska. The census designated place has a total area of 71.97 square miles (186.4 kmē), of which, 70.44 square miles (182.44 kmē) of it is land and 1.54 square miles (3.99 kmē) of it is water, making it Alaska's 88th largest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 117 people, 42 households, and 26 families residing in the census designated place.
