Terrell Hills City is a city located in Bexar County, Texas, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 5019. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 5241, It is Texas's 344th largest by population . It covers total area of 1.66 square miles (4.3 sq km), making it the 980th largest by size in Texas.
