Terre Hill Borough, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania is a borough located in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 1237 inhabitants. In July 2008, its estimated population was 1261, It is 798th most populous in Pennsylvania. The borough encompasses an area of 0.46 sq mi (1.19 square kilometre), it is the 286th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania.
