Tennessee Ridge Town is a one of the Houston and Stewart counties, Tennessee, located in Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 1334. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 1338, It is the 234th largest in terms of population. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 3.71 square miles (9.61 sq km), of which, 3.7 square miles (9.58 sq km) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 sq km) of it is water, it is the 214th largest by area in the U.S. state of Tennessee.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1334 people in the town, organized into 5369 households, and 3232 families living in the town. The population density was 360.3 people per square mile (139.11/kmē), it is the 11th least populated town in terms of population density.
