Taylor Borough is a borough located in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 6475. The July 2008 population estimate is 6151, It is Pennsylvania's 210th largest by population . The borough has a total area of 5.22 square miles (13.52 square kilometre), it is the 105th largest by area in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania.
