Tallulah Falls Town is a town located in Rabun and Habersham counties, Georgia, in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. The town has a population of 164 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the town is 161, It is the 42nd least populous in the U.S. state of Georgia. Its area is just over 8.55 sq mi (22.14 sq km), of which, 8.15 square miles (21.11 sq km) of it is land and 0.4 square miles (1.04 sq km) of it is water, makes it the 99th largest by total area in Georgia.
