Talladega City is a United States city located in the Talladega County, Alabama, United States. Talladega City had an official population of 15143 in 2000. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 16943, giving it the 33rd largest population among Alabama. It has total area of 23.94 square miles (62 sq km), of which, 23.87 square miles (61.82 sq km) of it is land and 0.07 square miles (0.18 sq km) of it is water, giving it the 36th largest by total area among Alabama.
