Sykesville Borough is a borough in the Jefferson County, Pennsylvania, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 1246 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 1170, It is Pennsylvania's 795th largest by population . It has total area of 1.59 sq mi (4.12 kmē), giving it the 495th largest by total area among Pennsylvania.
