Sycamore Town is one of the town of Allendale County, South Carolina, located towards the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 185 inhabitants. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 171, giving it the 38th smallest population among South Carolina. The town comprises an area of 3.18 mi˛ (8.24 square kilometre), of which, 3.17 square miles (8.21 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 square kilometre) of it is water, giving it the 180th largest by total area among South Carolina.
