Sycamore City is one of the city of Jefferson County, Kentucky, located towards the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. In 2000, the population was 159. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 284, giving it the 25th smallest population among Kentucky. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.03 square miles (0.08 kmē), it is the fourth smallest by area in the U.S. state of Kentucky.
