Swifton City is a city in the Jackson County, Arkansas, United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 871 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 785, It is 218th most populous in Arkansas. The city encompasses an area of 0.5 mi˛ (1.29 sq km), it is the 88th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Arkansas.
