Swansea Town is a one of the Lexington County, South Carolina, located in Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. The town has a population of 533 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the town is 799, It is the 96th smallest by population in the U.S. state of South Carolina. The town comprises an area of 1.19 square miles (3.08 kmē), of which, 1.13 square miles (2.93 kmē) of it is land and 0.05 square miles (0.13 kmē) of it is water, giving it the 87th smallest by total area among South Carolina.
