Superior Village is a city located in the Douglas County, Wisconsin, United States. The city has a population of 500 as per the 2000 census data. In July 2008, its estimated population was 565, making it Wisconsin's 137th smallest. It is spread over 1.24 sq mi (3.21 sq km), of which, 1.24 square miles (3.21 sq km ) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 sq km) of it is water, it is the 197th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Wisconsin.

As of the census of 2000, there were 500 residents, 76 households, and 48 families in the city. The population density was 404.7 people per square mile (156.26/kmē), it is the 138th least densely populated city in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. There were 210 housing units at an average density of 169.4 per square mile (65.41/kmē). The average household size was 2.39 people, and the average family size was 2.76 people.
