Sunset City is a one of the Davis County, Utah, located in Western Region (Mountain) of United States. The population of the city was 5204 as per the 2000 census data. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 4945, It is 72nd most populous in Utah. The city encompasses an area of 1.47 sq mi (3.81 kmē), making it the 64th smallest by size in Utah.

As of the census of 2000, there were 5204 people in the city, organized into 1785 households, and 1435 families living in the city.
