Sunset City is a city in the Crittenden County, Arkansas, United States. The population of the city was 348 as per the 2000 census data. The July 2008 population estimate is 324, giving it the 169th smallest population among Arkansas. It has total area of 0.21 sq mi (0.54 square kilometre), making it Arkansas's 26th smallest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 348 people in the city, organized into 135 households, and 85 families living in the city. The population density was 1676.8 people per square mile (647.42/kmē), it is the 14th most densely populated city in the U.S. state of Arkansas. There were 156 housing units at an average density of 742.9 per square mile (286.84/kmē). The average household size was 2.58 people, and the average family size was 3.35 people.
