Sun Valley City is a city located in the Blaine County, Idaho, United States. In 2000, the population was 1427. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 1466, It is the 67th largest in terms of population. It is spread over 9.87 square miles (25.56 sq km), of which, 9.87 square miles (25.56 sq km ) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 sq km) of it is water, it is the 14th largest in terms of geographical size.
